“There will always be storms that we encounter, some bigger than others; what I’ve learned is we can become better navigators through them and because of them.” Kimberley Cohen
Hi I’m Kimberley.
As far as I can remember, I have always been passionate about helping others.
Perhaps this is why I chose career paths that were customer service based. From the outside looking in I appeared to be a confident and a calm person, but on the inside, I was feeling anything but that. I think I gave knew meaning to the word stressed; and in the words of my daughter I was “wiggin out”. I know first-hand that when you aren’t handling stress in one area of your life it can impact other areas as well, even the ones where you once found enjoyment. |
I know how beneficial and empowering Life Coaching can be because it helped me
I developed a passion for coaching because I saw what became possible for me and I wanted to share this with other women.
I was able to minimize my stress and work through the challenges I was facing as a person, partner, and a parent.
Life Coaching helped me gain awareness, and new perspectives. I learned to set obtainable goals, become more creative, set boundaries, and enjoy new possibilities and time for me and my passions. I felt empowered, perhaps for the first time. My relationship with myself and with others improved and were enriched with better understanding.
I made decisions that weren’t easy to make, but I knew were necessary.
Through my personal challenges, life experiences, and professional expertise, I am able to help women minimize their stress, and find solutions to the challenges they face so they can live their lives more fully and experience their relationships with more joy, meaning, and understanding.

My Journey So Far:
Has taken me through some pretty intense storms. Ones where I wasn’t quite sure I could stay afloat. I managed to navigate my way through to clear blue skies once again.
There will always be storms that we encounter, some bigger than others and what I’ve learned is we can become better navigators through them and because of them.
There were times in my personal and professional life where I had to dig deep to find the courage and strength to make it through the day.
I had to learn how to steer through some tough relationship challenges, single parenting, and finding a balance between work and life.
I learned how to minimize stress, deal with setbacks, set boundaries, be assertive, and make tough decisions.
I have spent over 20 years getting to know and understand myself and others better, and continue to do so.
I have, and continue to educate myself about mental health and self-harm in teens and young adults.
I have, and continue to learn about LGBTQ2 community and how it effects their lives, and their relationships personally/professionally.
My many life experiences and professional training qualifies me as a coach and mentor for those navigating through the stressful storms in their lives.
I continue to expand my experiences and education in Life Coaching, self-improvement and awareness fields.

Kimberley has helped me get through many challenges. She has always created a calm and welcoming environment, one where I feel valued and understood. Through Kimberley’s help, my entire perspective of myself and the people around me has improved. She has taught me valuable lessons on self-refection and positive thinking. Most importantly, she has taught me how to better understand my own thoughts and feelings so that in the times where I need to deal with things on my own, I am able to do so better than I ever thought I could.
